HOTEL ACCOMODATION Preferential rates have been secured at the City Lodge Waterfront, Westin Grand (old Sheraton), Cullinan, Breakwater Lodge, Protea North Wharf and Southern Sun Waterfront. To qualify for these rates it must be stated that the accommodation is required to attend the Orthopaedic Congress 2008. These rates are only valid from 1 to 5 Sept 2008. Companies and individuals will need to make arrangements directly with these hotels, and will be liable for timeous payment to the hotels. Payment terms and transactions are to be carried out directly between delegates and the accommodation venues.
