FINAL TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Colleagues

All exhibition information on the following pages is provided for the benefit of exhibitors participating in the 54th Congress of the SA Orthopaedic Association scheduled for the 1st to the 5th of September 2008 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in Cape Town

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for the TRADE:

  • As per the trade request the exhibition hall will be open for 4 days only from Monday 1 September to Thursday 4 September. Breakdown will only be allowed after afternoon tea on Thursday so at 16h00 and to be complete by midnight


  • NB: Set up will be on Sunday 31 August from 06h00 only until first tea on Monday 1 September ie 10h00. Please note that this is due to the venue only being available to us from the Sunday . Please advise your set builders of these time lines.


  • Should any trade set up their stand late or break down/strike early, the Congress Organising Committee will have the right to impose penalties
