FINAL TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Trade exhibition hall is the Ballroom located on level 1

SET-UP of Exhibition Stands: (Sunday 31 August)

All trade are to ensure that set-up of exhibition stands takes place on Sunday 31 August from 06h00 through the night in the Ballroom West to East

All exhibition stands are to be completed by Monday morning 10h00

Please note: no early access will be allowed in Ballroom West to East before 06h00. Please advise your Exhibition / Set builders.


BREAKDOWN of the Exhibition area (Thursday 4 September)

Breakdown can only take place after 16h00 on Thursday 4 September and breakdown must be complete by 24h00. Please advise your Exhibition / Set builders.

Should any trade set up their stand late, or break down early, the Congress Organising Committee will have the right to impose penalties.

It must be emphasized that dismantling of stands must not interfere with the proceedings of the Congress in any way.

Trade Exhibitions
Trade exhibits will be situated in the Ballroom West to East level 1 of the Cape Town International Convention Centre CTICC

Poster Exhibitions
Will be displayed in the foyer area of the Auditorium 1 on level 1

Scientific Programme Venues
Scientific Papers, Instructional Courses and Parallel Sessions will be available to registered delegates and trade members.
