Cancellation Policy
A full refund can only be extended if written advice of the cancellation is received on or before 18 July 2008.
Receipt of such cancellation after 18 July 2008 but before August 2008 will incur a R500 administration charge.
No refund whatsoever will be made for cancellation received after 1 August 2008.
