Today we visit the Addo Elephant Park with a detour
for the Sundays River ferry cruise followed by a visit
to the world famous park that now boasts the Big 7.
The day includes lunch and participants will return
mid afternoon.
Times: Depart from the FMC at 09h00 (after the opening address) and return to the FMC mid-afternoon.
Dress code: casual and comfortable walking shoes, hats and suntan lotion for the ferry cruise and a jersey.

This morning we will enjoy a morning of Teddies, Tea
and Beading! Teddy Heaven Is located in Walmer
and houses and sells a very impressive selection
of teddies of every shape, size, colour and type.
You can browse in the shop, enjoy tea and some
eats and you will also be able to create your own
beaded necklace or bracelet.
Times: depart FMC at 09h00 and return to the FMC at approximately 13h30.

AFTERNOON OPTION
This afternoon we visit the Red Location Museum
which is located about 20 minutes outside of PE.
RED LOCATION is one of the oldest settled Black
Townships of Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay,
South Africa. It derives its name from a series of corrugated
iron barrack buildings, which are rusted a
deep red colour. The conventions of representing
history as a single story are challenged through the
design of the Museum spaces.
Depart FMC at 14h00 and be back at approximately 16h30.

Today is a morning of fun and cooking where all
participants can cook up a storm and enjoy the
meal they have created with their friends and fellow
participants. Cooking a delicious meal together
is a great way to enjoy time with each other.
The theme for the cooking class and lunch is Thai
cuisine.
Times: depart FMC at 09H00 and return to the FMC at approximately 14h00.

Today is a half day programme – we will visit Vovo
Telo coffee shop and bakery for a delicious brunch
in the funky Central area and then we will visit Retrovibe
– a unique Vintage clothing and furniture shop
- located just across the road
Time: depart FMC at 09h00 and return by
12h00.
Dress code: Casual and comfortable walking
shoes. Please also bring hat and suntan lotion.
