In addition to the exhibition stands, there will also
be 2 Hospitality Suites available – details will be on
the floorplan sent out next year. The minimum requirements
in hosting the hospitality suites will be to
provide Internet facilities for the delegates. The Hospitality
Suites will be sold on a first come first serve
basis. The registration forms will be sent in March/
April 2010 which will detail the applicable prices for
the Hospitality Suites.
