Registration Information
Full registration

Full registration for SAOA members, Non members & Professions Allied to Medicine includes:  
  • All Keynote and Educational sessions and lectures
  • Congress bags with all relevant paraphernalia
  • All Networking events (Opening cocktail party, Gala Dinner and Social Event (off site) and entertainment - token fee will be applicable
  • All luncheons during the congress and limited drinks. All dinners at Networking events and limited drinks.
Members of SAOA
All members of SAOA automatically receive the discounted member rates and access to all the full registration options


Non Members

All non members will receive access to all the full registration options listed above.
 

Professions Allied to Medicine
Will be entitled to a discounted rate once the SAOA office has received your certified  professional registration number for your particular discipline that is either your OT registration number or your PT registration number
 

Accompanying Person
There will be no accompanying person registration fee this year but accompanying person will be charged for all social, leisure and accompanying person programme should they be participating in any of these events
 

Registration / Payments

Full payment must be received in order to confirm registration.
 

Early Bird Registration Fees

This implies that full payment at a discounted rate must be made on or before the 15th July 2009 to qualify. Any payment made after midnight (24h00) on 15th July 2009 will not be entitled to the discounted promotional rate and will be subject to the standard rate indicated on the registration form.
 

Registration Cut-off
24th August 2009
is the cut-off date for pre-congress registration accepted by SAOA. After the 24th August 2009, you may only register onsite at the SAOA Congress at Champagne Sport Resort. An R250.00 administrative fee will be applied to all registration taken onsite at SAOA Congress at Champagne Sports Resort.  

Confirmation

All registrants will receive a receipt of registration online in the form of a Tax Certificate after receiving your registration fee/ payment in full. Should your payment be sponsored by another individual or company please inform the congress organizers as in whose favour the payment is for?
 

Cancellations and Refunds

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before the 15th July 2009. All congress cancellation received by 15th July 209 will receive a full refund less an R500.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made after the 16th July 2009. No refunds are given for no shows at the SAOA Congress.
 

Catering surcharge:

Due to the location of the venue and the cost implication of getting  special dietary requests to the venue, the Association has no other alternative but to charge a surcharge for these meals this year. The fee will either be a flat rate for the week or a daily rate should  you only  attending the congress for a day or two.
